Introducing our first Peruvian 3 pack. A tasty trio with one espresso blend and two fully washed single origin coffees. This set highlights 4 different regions of Peruvian coffees: Cusco, Puno, Jaen and Cajamarca and offers a glimpse in to the diversity of flavor profiles offered by Peruvian Specialty Coffee.

Inka Espresso is a harmonious blend of Peruvian terroir directly sourced from Cusco and Cajamarca. In this proprietary blend, we taste notes of molasses, dark chocolate, orange.

Huadquina is a cooperative which has seen exponential growth and improvement in recent years. The coffee produced in this unique region of Cusco is characterized by flavors of milk chocolate, caramel, and lemon with a silky mouthfeel.

Don Orlando Predraze Ramirez, owner of La Chirimoya farm in San Antonio, Peru, has been devoted to coffee cultivation since 2015. With notes of chocolate, honey, and almonds, this coffee is a beautiful combination of rich and sweet flavors that contribute to its overall smoothness.

Same coffee - new label We viewed the launch of our Night Owl Coffee - our first darker roast -as an opportunity for us to also support artists. Each quarter of the year, we will offer this coffee under a new label, with proceeds of the sales supporting the artist.

Now back to the coffee. You’ve asked (for years), and we have finally answered. We experimented and found that our many of our single origin coffees that we source from Peru can withstand heat and offers an indulgent cup when roasted to the darkest side on the medium roast scale. When testing these beans on our S35 Loring machine, we found the profile that brings out the nice bold flavors of a darker roast without compromising the integrity and quality of the coffee we work so hard to source. Bursting with flavors of dark chocolate, brown butter, and toffee, we cannot wait to hear what you think!
