Night Owl is Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters’ afternoon and evening food, beverage, and community gathering experience in Brewster.

Beginning at 3 p.m., the café transitions naturally into Night Owl, offering coffee, wine, beer, cocktails, mocktails, and a streamlined menu of approachable food. Stop in for a quick bite, meet friends for a drink, pick something up before an evening activity, or stay awhile and enjoy the space.

Our goal is to create a welcoming place that feels connected to Snowy Owl while offering something a little different as the day moves into evening. Live music, art-focused gatherings, tastings, and other community events will be part of the evolving Night Owl calendar.

Night Owl is open Thursday through Monday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Snowy Owl café service continues until 8 p.m.
