Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard UPS Shipping: Estimated delivery time 2 to 7 business days.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost Packages
If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us promptly at production@socoffee.co or by phone at 774-413-5320. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the US. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
