We will be joined by our dear friend and colleague Gerra Harrigan, of JNP Coffee, who will curate a selection of specialty coffees from cooperatives within the wonderful network of our longtime and trusted Burundian partner.

At this event, you'll dive into the rich flavors, aromas, and unique stories of premium coffees grown by smallholder farmers in one of East Africa's most promising coffee-growing regions. Gerra will lead us through the tasting and will share the amazing stories of the communities forging new opportunities in specialty coffee. Beyond the cup, you'll also learn about the significant challenges of life in Burundi, where factors like political instability and climate change have created tough conditions for farmers.
