The Captain Crosby is bright and sunny, yet earthy and grounded; exotic, yet familiar. Our signature triblend is comprised of Congolese, Colombian, and Nicaraguan specialty coffees. This fuller bodied coffee captures the essence of exotic flavors without compromising the familiar flavor of a bold, homemade coffee.

Such a consistent roast
Rich, fullcoffee flavor. Great mouthfeel. No bitterness. We first had the coffee in Chatham and now order the beans at home. Makes a great pour over. We love Captain Crosby and Snowy owl!
