Join us at The Night Owl for a special evening of live theater with actor and playwright Miranda Jonté, bringing her celebrated autobiographical one-woman show, GOOD & KISSED, to Brewster.

When New Yorker Miranda discovers her longtime boyfriend’s double life, she heads to South Carolina on a family trip to heal — where an unexpected encounter with a young paddleboard guide reminds her that she is still very much alive.

Funny, intimate, candid, and deeply personal, GOOD & KISSED is stripped-down storytelling at its best: one performer, one chair, and a story carried entirely by Jonté’s charisma and presence.

Miranda is an actor, playwright, and creator whose work has been produced in New York, Massachusetts, Maine, Washington, California, and Washington, D.C. Her plays have appeared in three Smith & Kraus anthologies, and she recently premiered John Minigan’s (re)Dressing Miss Havisham at Boston Playwrights’ Theatre.
