Our most popular blend is comprised of Congolese and Nicaraguan coffee, yielding chocolatey, balanced notes and a medium body finish. Balanced enough to render a delectable espresso and complex enough for a traditional paper-filtered pour-over, our Jaws blend will keep you on your toes and render the outside world a little more interesting.

We’ve been fans of Snowy Owl in Brewster for years but recently started purchasing their beans for at home consumption. The jaws blend is a perfect medium for our French Press. We’ve never been disappointed in this coffee and we’re so happy we can enjoy it at home when we are not at the cape.
One of my favorite coffees.
I can’t tell the difference between a coffee which has “notes of hazelnut and dark chocolate” and another which has “a smooth entry and a refreshing finish,” but I do know that every cup of the Jaws blend tastes better than 90% of every other coffee I try.
