Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback; we really value your subscription and your trust in us. After looking into this, we discovered that a recent batch of green coffee we received from the Congo had defects that unfortunately slipped past us until a couple of roasts and bags had already gone out. We suspect that your most recent subscription coffees came from one of those affected bags, which explains the difference you noticed in your Jaws Blend.

We’re immediately sending you the 2 replacement bag of Jaws, and we’re confident that it will reflect the consistent flavor profile you’ve come to know and enjoy. We’d love to hear your thoughts once you’ve had the chance to try it.
