Tasting notes of papaya, honey, and peaches n’ cream make every sip a luxurious experience. Cultivated at 1,650 meters above sea level, the predominantly SL28 variety thrives under ideal conditions of 1,100 mm of annual rainfall.

Meticulously processed using traditional methods, the fully washed cherries undergo fermentation to break down sugars before soaking, cleaning, and drying on raised beds. This dedication to quality is matched by sustainable practices, pre-financing for farmers, and premium payments that ensure both excellence and equity.
