Panama Boquete
Panama Boquete
The Urriola family has been farming coffee in Boquete, the most famous growing region of Panama, since the 1950s. As an established estate, they enjoy the advantage of owning their own mill, which helps ensure their cup quality throughout each harvest. If you look close enough you'll find many members of the family have their own smaller farm operations, where they are engaged in a number of exciting new processing techniques. Panamanian coffees are known for their floral notes with a chocolate and vanilla finish and this coffee is quite a treat. Such a sumptuous body in the cup made our decision easy.
This coffee has notes of green apple, rooibos tea, and vanilla.
