Colombia Pink Bourbon 2025 - Seasonal Limited Offering

Pink Bourbon is a rare and captivating coffee variety, known for its vibrant pink-hued cherries and complex flavor profile. We brought our first lot to you last year, in 2024, and this year, we decided to bring a lot back from our wonderful partners at Forest Coffee. Grown in the nutrient-rich volcanic soil of Huila, Colombia, this coffee thrives under the careful hands of producers Edier Perdomo and Diego Horta.

The meticulous washed process begins with a 24-hour pre-fermentation in cherry, followed by a 36-hour anaerobic fermentation in mucilage. Afterward, the beans are dried on raised beds for 15 days, allowing their bright and delicate flavors to shine. The result is a cup that unfolds with notes of refreshing green tea, juicy tangerine, and a silky-smooth sweet cream finish.
