The Graham Cracker and Carmel caress my senses while the long, demi-sweet finish begs my next sip. Atención: this coffee is NOT just for espresso. I brew it by pour-over every day when I have it with me. I only enjoy it as espresso when in Brewster. PERFECTO!

SAVED BY SNOWY OWL & EL SALVADOR! I’ve been so blissed out with Snowy Owl’s Peruvians I bought their 8/8/22 launch of high elevation Jorge Rubio coffee from El Salvador to break my obsession. This coffee has an inviting aroma hinting of honey, chocolate, “honeydew”(SO tasting note) and nuts. This coffee has a nice acidity and roundness that makes it idea for sipping. El Salvador brought to higher altitudes and improving my attitude!

NKA ESPRESSO took my love affair with Snowy Owl’s Peruvian coffees to another level! This can go Mano-a-mano with Toraja and Jamaican Blue Mountain. The pleasure begins when you cut open the bag. Earthy, Cacao, (Owl notes graham cracker and carmel ) Beautiful nuances and bright acidity. This coffee is direct sourced by Snowy Owl and it is a TREASURE! My all time SO fave
