Peru: Inka Espresso

Great coffee used with my Moka Pot.

This is the best espresso blend I've had in years.

Jimi Hendrix imbued “RAVE” with a music “Experience” context. Wise SNOWY OWL. chose this Peruvian for espresso prep but I use it as my favorite pour-over. Sometimes hand-grind to savor smokey, musky roasting peanuts aroma. My pour-over has a warm, rich nutiness with a quick tangerine sweetness and a long-lingering citrus finish. Each streamy sip from my S.O. FELLOW mug fills my palate with sweet, round richness with a sweetness to RAVE about until my next sip!

The Graham Cracker and Carmel caress my senses while the long, demi-sweet finish begs my next sip. Atención: this coffee is NOT just for espresso. I brew it by pour-over every day when I have it with me. I only enjoy it as espresso when in Brewster. PERFECTO!
