Inka espresso is a harmonious blend of Peruvian terroir sourced from two lots in the Cajamarca Province of Peru.
Though it’s a challenge to relate the spirit and beauty of Peru in a meaningful manner- we let coffee be our medium. The flavors found in a cup of Inka espresso represent our team of growers and our partners in Peru who are integral to our ethos.
Cupping notes: molasses, chocolate, orange.

Jimi Hendrix imbued “RAVE” with a music “Experience” context. Wise SNOWY OWL. chose this Peruvian for espresso prep but I use it as my favorite pour-over. Sometimes hand-grind to savor smokey, musky roasting peanuts aroma. My pour-over has a warm, rich nutiness with a quick tangerine sweetness and a long-lingering citrus finish. Each streamy sip from my S.O. FELLOW mug fills my palate with sweet, round richness with a sweetness to RAVE about until my next sip!

Got served the best espresso I've ever had, picked up a bag of this, got given a free tote back with my big purchase, and ended up with 2 lbs of some of the best beans on the market.
Pretty much a no brainer.
