Sourced from our partners at Royal Coffee, our Decaf offering is from Honduras. Mountain water process decaf coffee uses a chemical-free method to remove caffeine, preserving the coffee's natural flavor and aroma. Green coffee beans are soaked in pure mountain water, allowing caffeine to dissolve while the water absorbs the flavor compounds of the beans. This water is then filtered to remove the caffeine, and the filtered water is reintroduced to the beans to restore their flavor profile.
We are tasting notes of candied orange, chocolate, and graham cracker.

HERE IN LOS ANGELES THE AIR IS DRY! I JUST RECEIVED 2 MORE BAGS OF DECAF MAYAN BLEND. This coffee has become my answer to rehydration this summer. THIS IS THE MOST REFRESHING COFFEE I HAVE EVER TASTED(GUZZLED!). Maybe it is the water processing but the tasting fresh and clean with a Demi-sweet finish. RESEARCH HAS NOW PROVEN THAT ALL COFFEE CONTRIBUTES TO HYDRATION. THIS COFFEE WILL NOT BUZZ YOU OUT AFTER 3-4 CUPS. HOT OR ROOM TEMP perfect hot weather cuppa!
MOUNTAIN WATER DECAFEINATION for this rich full-body Honduran coffee. No, THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH COORS BEER. Soak the green coffee beans with fresh mountain water to remove the caffeine then add the filtered water back to make this beautifully balanced coffee. No chemicals and w/o the carbon filters used in Swiss Water Proccess decaffeination. The beans have a delightful aroma with fruitiness of Concord grapes. Pour-over, hot, room temperature or iced. I absolutely love the Snowy Owl Coffee Shop in Sandwich, Mass! The staff are friendly and the coffee is so good. Right now, I am not drinking caffeine and had a hard time finding a decaf I liked. While visiting with my in-laws in Sandwich, I stopped into Snowy Owl and tried their decaf coffee and it was sooooo good! I highly recommend it for those not drinking caffeine, but still want to have that coffee taste/feeling!
