But reading this single origin coffee’s CV you can learn about the high altitude “terroir”, the small growers’ loving care, and carefully controlled cleaning, SNOWY OWL has cultivated their roasting and has the finest equipment and skilled artisan roasters. The honey sweetness greets the palate and immediately morphs to cocoa, then almond and that sweetly acidic finish. PERHAPS THE NASCA IMAGES WERE OFFERING COFFEE TO THEIR GODS!
